Betika is on the Gaming Commission's current roll of licensed operators for 2026, in the online sports betting and online casino categories. The site footer names SHADE GOLD COAST Limited, trading as Betika, as the licensee under the Gaming Act 2006 (Act 721). Our facts box shows the licence references as SHADE GOLD COAST Limited t/a Betika; Gaming Commission of Ghana licences GCSB25L2020H (sports betting) and GCCA25K1177P (casino).
One point causes confusion online: some reviews name a Kenyan company as the owner. That company runs Betika in Kenya; the Ghanaian business is a separate local licensee. You can sign up on the website with a Ghanaian phone number: enter the number, type in the code sent by SMS, set a password and accept the terms. The same can be done through USSD. You must be 18+. Betika deposits and withdrawals with MoMo
Betika's own rules describe the deposit process simply: log in, open your profile, choose Deposit, key in the amount and approve the PIN prompt that appears on your phone. Through USSD, deposits sit in the main menu. Third-party reviews say MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money all work; Betika's official pages only describe the mobile money prompt, so check the cashier for your network.
The minimum deposit is when confirmed; the cashier screen always shows the current figure. Withdrawals go to the mobile money number on the account.
