Correct Score Predictions Today

Today's most likely scorelines with the goal data behind them, and an honest guide to a market where even good picks lose most of the time.

No prediction is ever sure. Tips here are opinions built on form and statistics, so treat them as research, not a promise. 18+.

Our correct score prediction for today names the scoreline we think is most likely in selected matches, with the reasoning and the price. Correct score is the most searched betting market in Ghana for a simple reason: a GHS 10 stake on a 2-1 at 8.00 returns GHS 80. The catch is just as simple. Even the most likely score in a match usually has only a 10% to 15% chance, so most correct score bets lose, and any page selling "guaranteed correct score tips" is not telling the truth.

17:30Serie AAC Milan vs Bologna2-1Milan's recent 3-2 win over Atalanta points to a narrow home win with goals at both ends.
17:30Serie AParma vs Udinese1-1No form data was gathered, so a level scoreline is the cautious estimate.
17:30Serie AVenezia vs Inter0-2Venezia are winless in six and Inter are champions, suggesting a controlled away win.
19:45Serie AGenoa vs Juventus1-1Juventus are favoured but a close away game at Genoa is plausible.
19:45Serie AMonza vs Napoli0-2Napoli are the stronger away side against a Monza team under a new coach.

How the correct score market works

You pick the exact final score after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties do not count. Bookmakers in Ghana list every common score, usually up to four or five goals per team, plus an "any other score" option. If your score lands, you win at the listed odds; any other result loses.

ScoreTypical price rangeRough share of top-flight results
1-15.50 to 7.50Most common single score in many leagues
1-0 / 0-16.00 to 11.00Very common, especially in tight leagues
2-1 / 1-27.50 to 12.00Common in open games
0-07.00 to 13.00Varies widely by league
3-0, 3-1 and bigger12.00 and upRarer, mostly with clear favourites

The prices are indicative, to show scale; your bookmaker's odds for a given match will differ.

How we arrive at a scoreline

  1. Expected goals for each team. We estimate how many goals each side should score in this match, using attack and defence ratings from recent xG, adjusted for home and away.
  2. Score probabilities. From those two numbers we build a grid of likely scores. A match where we expect 1.5 goals for the home side and 1.0 for the away side usually points to 1-1 or 1-0 as the single likeliest outcomes.
  3. Team news. A missing striker or a reserve goalkeeper moves the expected goals and so the grid.
  4. Price check. We compare each candidate score's chance with the bookmaker's implied probability and pick the one with the best value, which is not always the most likely score.

Why "100 sure correct score" claims are false

A huge number of Ghanaian searches mix correct score with words like sure, expert or guaranteed. The arithmetic does not allow it. If a score has a 12% chance, it fails 88 times in 100. Sellers of "strong" or "fixed" correct scores either guess and show only the winners, or take payment and vanish. No one has inside knowledge of a 3-0 before kick-off, and paying for it is the quickest way to lose MoMo money.

Spreading risk: two or three scores

Some punters back two or three scores in the same match, for example 1-0, 2-0 and 2-1 for a home favourite. That increases the chance of a hit while reducing the payout. It works only if the combined price stays fair: three scores at 7.00, 9.00 and 8.50 cover roughly a third of outcomes for a combined return around 2.70 on the total stake, which is no better than many single markets. Use our odds calculator to check before splitting a stake.

Staking correct score bets in GHS

Because losing runs of ten or fifteen are normal, stake small: half of your usual unit, or GHS 2 to GHS 3 from a GHS 300 monthly budget. Never put a correct score inside a long accumulator; a single exact score is already a long shot. And never increase the stake to win back previous losses.

Placing a correct score bet

  1. Deposit with AT Money, Telecel Cash or MTN MoMo.
  2. Open the match and find "Correct Score" in the market list.
  3. Pick the scoreline in the home-away order shown. A 2-1 to the away team is listed as 1-2.
  4. Check the stake and confirm, or load a booking code.

Common correct score mistakes

  • Reversing home and away. The first number is always the home team.
  • Chasing big scores. A 4-2 pays a lot because it almost never happens.
  • Forgetting extra time rules in cup ties.
  • Paying for scores on WhatsApp or Telegram. Every such offer is a scam.

Correct score in the Ghana Premier League

Local matches are popular for correct score bets because many end 1-0, 0-0 or 1-1. That narrower spread of results sounds helpful, but bookmakers know it too, and those scores are priced shorter in Ghana Premier League games than in a typical EPL fixture. Late team news and limited statistics make local scorelines harder to model, so we tip them only occasionally. Our Ghana Premier League predictions page explains how we approach the local game.

Frequently asked questions

What is the most common correct score?

In many top leagues 1-1 is the single most frequent result, followed by 1-0 and 2-1, but this varies by league and season.

Does correct score include extra time?

No. Correct score bets settle on the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.

Can anyone predict correct scores accurately every day?

No. Even the likeliest score in a match usually has a low chance of landing. Sellers of fixed or sure scores are running scams.

Is it worth backing several scores in one match?

It raises the hit rate but lowers returns. Only do it if the combined return still beats the combined risk.

How much should I stake on correct score?

Less than on ordinary bets. Many punters use half a normal unit because losing streaks are long in this market.
