You can reach our editors by email, and the address is shown at the bottom of this page. We read every message, and reports of a wrong fact, such as an outdated MoMo minimum or a broken app link, are handled first.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. A licence detail, deposit rule, promotion term or app listing that no longer matches the operator's own pages.
- Lotto result queries. If a result on our lotto pages differs from the one NLA announced, tell us the game and the draw date.
- Brands to review. A bookmaker taking Ghanaian players that we have not covered yet.
- Tips feedback. Leagues or markets you want, or a pick whose reasoning you think was weak.
- Business questions. Operators may write about listings; scores are not for sale, as our affiliate disclosure explains.
Making a correction easy to check
Send the address of our page, the wording that is wrong and where the current version appears: the operator's terms, its help centre, its Google Play listing or an official notice. We confirm every change on the source before editing.
What we cannot do
We have no access to any betting or lotto account. We cannot reverse a bet, release a withdrawal, trace a MoMo transfer or validate a winning ticket. Contact the operator's customer care first; for a licensed bookmaker that does not resolve it, the Gaming Commission of Ghana handles complaints, and lotto prize claims go through NLA channels. Never send us your PIN, OTP, password or Ghana Card number. Anyone selling tips or "winning numbers" in our name is a scammer.
