Booking Codes Today: How to Load, Check and Share Them

How booking codes work in Ghana, why we do not publish ready-made codes, and how to build and share your own slip from our daily tips.

A booking code only loads selections onto your slip. Check each game, the odds and the kick-off time before you stake. 18+.

A booking code is a short reference that copies a saved bet slip into your own account on the same bookmaker, so you can load someone's selections in seconds instead of adding each match by hand. Tamale Online does not publish ready-made booking codes for today: codes stop working once the first match on them kicks off, and any page or group selling "sure" codes is a scam. This page explains how SportyBet-style booking codes work in Ghana, how to load and check one before you stake a single cedi, and how to build your own slip from our daily tips.

Why we do not post today's booking codes

People search for "today's booking code" and "sportybet booking code for today" hundreds of times a month, so it would be easy to fill this page with codes. We decided not to. A code is a list of picks with the reasoning stripped out, it dies as soon as its first match starts, and we have no honest way to vouch for codes passed around WhatsApp statuses. What we can do is publish our picks openly, with the reasons, on today's football predictions, so you can choose the legs you agree with and book the slip yourself.

How SportyBet-style booking codes work

When a punter builds a slip and taps the share or book option, the bookmaker stores those selections and hands back a short code. Nothing has been bet at that point. The code is simply a pointer to a list of events and markets. When you load it, the site rebuilds that list on your slip at the odds available right now.

  • A booking is not a bet. Odibets' own terms say exactly this: the stake, and therefore the risk, is added only when you place it.
  • Prices are live. If a price has shortened since the code was booked, your total odds will be lower than the screenshot you were sent.
  • Selections can be edited. You can remove a leg you do not trust or add your own before placing.
  • Expiry is tied to kick-off. Odibets, for example, says a booking can be retrieved until shortly before the last match starts; other sites drop the code when the first match begins.
  • One code, one bookmaker. A slip booked on one site returns an error on another, even when the matches are identical.

SportyBet's help pages describe the code as a way to load a betslip, which also lets you move a slip from one device to another. Licensed operators such as SportyBet, MSport, Odibets and betPawa describe their own version in their apps and help pages.

Loading a code on your phone

  1. Open the bookmaker's app, lite site or mobile site. On many sites you can load a code before logging in, but you must log in to place it.
  2. Find the code field on the slip. betPawa calls it Load Betslip; MSport's app has a Booking Codes section where you can add a ticket to the slip.
  3. Type the code exactly as given and tap load.
  4. Check each line: teams, market, kick-off time in GMT and the price. Remove anything you would not have picked yourself.
  5. Enter your own stake in GHS and look at the potential return before you confirm.

If you are not sure what every field on the slip means, our bet slip guide walks through total odds, potential winnings and ticket status line by line.

From our daily tips to your own booking code

  1. Read today's predictions and the short reasoning under each pick.
  2. Choose two to four matches you have actually looked at. Skip anything you cannot explain to a friend.
  3. Add them to the slip on your bookmaker and compare the odds with other licensed sites.
  4. Press share or book. The site shows a code you can send on WhatsApp or keep for another device.
  5. Stake only what you planned to spend today, and recheck prices if you place the slip later.

Building a bigger ticket? Our accumulator tips explain how combined odds work and why every extra leg cuts your chances, even when each pick is a short price.

Booking codes, promo codes and vouchers are different things

Code typeWhat it doesWhere it goes
Booking codeLoads a list of selections onto your slipCode field on the betslip
Promo or bonus codeLinks a sign-up or deposit to a promotion, when one existsRegistration or deposit form
Voucher or gift codeCredits a free bet or bonus under the operator's termsPromotions or voucher area of the account

A free booking code is free because it is only a list of picks. It never adds money to your account. If you want an actual offer, read the operator's terms or our promo codes page.

Red flags of "sure" booking code sellers

Paid code sellers are one of the oldest tricks in Ghanaian betting groups. The pattern rarely changes:

  • A Telegram or WhatsApp admin posts screenshots of huge winning slips, then asks for MoMo payment for a "VIP" or "sure" code. No one can know results in advance, and fixed-match sellers are lying.
  • The winning screenshots are often edited or produced with fake slip generators. A real ticket can be checked only inside the account that placed it.
  • Some sellers ask for your login or MoMo PIN so they can "place the code for you". Never share a PIN, password or the OTP sent to your phone.
  • After a loss, the seller says the next code will recover everything if you pay again. That is a chase, not a plan.

If you have paid a stranger for codes, stop, keep the chat as evidence and report the account on the platform.

What a sensible slip looks like

Long accumulators with 15 or 20 legs dominate shared codes because big total odds look exciting. A slip of three well-reasoned selections at modest odds is easier to judge than a "banker" ticket packed with obscure leagues kicking off at 6 am GMT. Compare the price of each leg across our list of betting sites in Ghana before you book.

Frequently asked questions

Do you publish booking codes for today?

No. We publish daily predictions with the reasoning and let you build the slip. Codes expire at kick-off and hide why each leg is there, so your own short slip is the safer option.

Where do I enter a booking code?

On the betslip. Look for the field to load a code or retrieve a booking, type the code, tap load, then check every selection and add your own stake before placing.

Why does my booking code say invalid or expired?

Either it was made on a different bookmaker, it was typed wrongly, or one of its matches has already started. Codes are tied to one site and usually stop loading around the first kick-off on the slip.

Can a booking code give me a free bet?

No. A booking code only copies selections. Free bets and bonuses come from promo codes or vouchers under the operator's own terms.

Should I pay for a VIP booking code?

No. Nobody knows results in advance, and paid sure-code sellers are a common MoMo scam in Ghana. Build your own slip and decide the stake yourself.
