Is Soccabet legit and licensed?
Yes, on the evidence we can check. Soccabet appears on the Regulator's public list of licensed sports betting operators with a licence that runs through 31 December 2026, and the site terms name Wingatebet Limited as the company behind it. The licence number and status are also kept in the facts box above via Wingatebet Limited - Gaming Commission of Ghana (Sports Betting). That matters, because a licensed operator in Ghana answers to the Commission under the Gaming Act 2006 (Act 721), has to carry age warnings on its adverts and has a regulator you can complain to.
One point worth knowing: a 2024 press report said the Ghana Football Association had reported Soccabet and several other bookmakers to the Commission over odds offered on Ghana Premier League matches, as the GFA requires bookmakers to hold its authorisation for those markets. We found no follow-up sanction in 2024-2026. It does not change Soccabet's licence status, but it explains why Ghana Premier League markets can appear and disappear across Ghanaian sportsbooks.
Soccabet online betting: sports and markets
Football carries the site, as it does for almost every punter in Ghana. The English Premier League draws most of the action on weekends, and Ghana keeps GMT all year, so a 3 pm UK kick-off is 3 pm in Accra in the British winter and 2 pm in summer. You will also find the big European leagues, international football for Black Stars fixtures, and other sports on the side menu. Live betting runs alongside pre-match.
Soccabet published two changes in October 2024 that tell you who the product is for: a higher maximum payout per betslip and a lower minimum stake, so the site is clearly built for small-stake accumulators. The current maximum payout is written in the terms, and it applies per customer across identical betslips, which matters if you copy the same slip several times.
Soccabet betslip and Load Code
The site menu has a Load Code button. Paste a shared code and the selections drop into your Soccabet betslip, ready for you to check the odds and add your own stake. Codes are tied to one bookmaker, so a code made on another site will not load here. Socca jackpots and promotions
Soccabet runs two jackpots of its own. The SOCCA CS Jackpot asks you to call the correct score across a fixed set of matches, with smaller prizes for coming close, and the stake is priced for everyday punters. The SOCCA MEGA Jackpot is a 1X2 coupon over a longer list of events. Both support Book and Share, so friends can play the same coupon.

Soccabet MoMo deposit and withdrawal
Mobile Money is the main route in and out. According to the help pages, a deposit works like this:
- Log in and tap Deposit.
- Choose Mobile Money and pick your network: MTN, Telecel (shown as Vodafone on older pages) or AT (shown as AirtelTigo).
- Enter the amount and tap Proceed.
- Approve the prompt on your phone with your MoMo PIN.
The minimum deposit is low: GHS 1. Soccabet does not publish a MoMo merchant number or USSD shortcut for deposits; if one is added it will show here: . You can also pay with a Visa or Mastercard in your own name, or buy a prepaid voucher in a Soccabet shop.
Withdrawals have three routes. Mobile Money is described as instant. Cash collection works in a shop with your Customer ID and a Transfer Code. Bank transfers take about two business days and the account name must match your Soccabet name. Daily and per-request limits are published on the account help page, so check them before a big cash-out. Since the E-Levy repeal in April 2025, the MoMo transfer itself no longer carries that levy; tax treatment of winnings is covered in our betting tax guide.
Soccabet app, mobile site and Soccabet 24
On iPhone, the Soccabet Sports Betting app is on the Ghana App Store under developer Wingatebet LTD. On Android we could not confirm an official Play Store app from Wingatebet in October 2026, so the safest route is the mobile site in Chrome, saved to your home screen. Many punters still type "Soccabet 24" into search; as far as we could see it is not a separate product, so use the official Soccabet site rather than any look-alike page. The Games menu lists Aviator, Skyward, Virtual Sports, Casino, Live Casino, Evolution and BetGames. Note the licence type: the Commission register lists Soccabet as a sports betting licensee.
