Advertiser disclosure: we may earn a commission when you join an operator through links on this page. It never changes our scores. How we make money.
Here is the short version of our PariPesa review for Ghana: PariPesa is not on the Gaming Commission of Ghana's list of licensed operators for 2026. Its international site says it is run by Propus Holding B.V. under a Curacao licence and does not mention Ghana. That makes PariPesa an offshore bookmaker as far as Ghanaian law is concerned, and we do not recommend depositing with it. If you are looking for a licensed alternative that pays out to MoMo, the table below lists operators that are on the register.
Tamale Online is an independent review site with no link to PariPesa. This review uses the Gaming Commission register, PariPesa's international site and Ghanaian media, as checked in October 2026. We did not open an account. Betting in Ghana is only for adults aged 18+.

Is PariPesa legit in Ghana?
PariPesa appears to be a real international company with a real offshore licence, so in that narrow sense it is not a fake website. But "is paripesa legit" in Ghana has a different meaning: can a Ghanaian bet there with the protection of Ghanaian law? The answer is no. Sports betting in Ghana is regulated by the Gaming Commission under the Gaming Act 2006 (Act 721), and only operators on the Commission's register are licensed to offer betting here. PariPesa is not on that register. Our licensed betting sites page explains how to check any brand in under two minutes.
What betting with an unlicensed site means for you
- No local complaint route: if a withdrawal is refused or an account is closed, the Gaming Commission cannot step in for you. Disputes would go to the offshore licensor, far away and slow.
- Payment risk: MoMo deposits to offshore bookmakers often go through third-party collection accounts. If something goes wrong, tracing the money is hard.
- No Ghanaian player protection rules: Ghanaian rules on advertising, age checks and responsible gambling do not bind an offshore site.
- Access can change overnight: unlicensed sites can disappear from Ghana or change domains without warning, sometimes with balances still on them.
- Ghana Premier League markets: the GFA requires bookmakers to be authorised before offering Ghana Premier League betting, which an unlicensed operator is not.
Does PariPesa accept Ghanaian players?
We could not confirm it. A branded article on a Ghanaian news site in August 2025 promoted PariPesa to Ghanaians and mentioned MTN, AirtelTigo and Vodafone mobile money, linking to the international site. That article was sponsored content, the network names it used were already outdated (Vodafone Cash is now Telecel Cash, AirtelTigo is now AT), and PariPesa's own international site did not mention Ghana as of October 2026. So the MoMo claim is marketing, not something we could verify. If a deposit method works today, that still does not make the site licensed.
PariPesa, PariPesa Nigeria and "pari pesa" searches
A lot of the search interest in Ghana comes from people who saw the name in African football sponsorships or on Nigerian pages: "paripesa ng" and "paripesanigeria" are common searches. The brand markets heavily across Africa. That visibility can make it look local. It is not: there is no PariPesa Ghana company on the register and no Ghana domain that we could find.
PariPesa bet: products in brief
On its international site PariPesa presents itself as a sportsbook with live betting and a casino section. We could not load its full product list from Ghana-facing pages, and we could not confirm a casino lobby, Aviator, virtuals or booking codes for Ghanaian users, so we make no claims about them. Searches for "paripesa casino" and "paripesa aviator" deserve the same answer as the main question: the games may exist, but you would be playing them without Ghanaian licensing protection.
PariPesa registration, sign up and app
People search for "paripesa registration", "paripesa sign up" and "paripesa app". We do not give a sign-up walk-through for an operator that is not licensed in Ghana. If you still decide to look, never share your MoMo PIN, do not install an APK from a WhatsApp link, and be ready for the possibility that withdrawals fail. Our PariPesa app page explains the specific risks of downloading offshore betting APKs.
PariPesa deposits, withdrawals and MoMo
We could not confirm PariPesa's payment methods for Ghana, its minimum deposit or its withdrawal times. Searches like "paripesa withdrawal" and "paripesa momo deposit" are exactly where unlicensed sites carry the most risk: depositing is usually easy, getting money out is where problems start. Licensed bookmakers on our MoMo betting sites page publish their deposit and withdrawal rules, and the Gaming Commission can act if they break them.
PariPesa bonus and promo code
Offshore sites often advertise large welcome bonuses and promo codes. We could not verify a PariPesa welcome bonus or free bet for Ghana, so we do not print one. Large bonuses with heavy wagering rules can lock your deposit in the account for a long time. If you want a bonus, take one from a licensed operator; our welcome bonus page compares them.
PariPesa customer care
We did not find Ghana-specific contact details for PariPesa. Any "PariPesa customer care number" posted on WhatsApp or Facebook should be treated as unverified. With an offshore operator, support is your only route for complaints, which is one more reason to prefer a licensed bookmaker with a Ghana phone line.
How to check any bookmaker before you deposit
- Open the Gaming Commission of Ghana's list of licensed operators and search for the brand name.
- Compare that with the licence statement in the bookmaker's own footer. Both should name Ghana and Act 721.
- Check that the site shows cedis and Ghanaian networks (MTN, Telecel, AT) once you are logged in.
- Look for Ghana contact details: a local phone line or a Ghana support email.
- Make a small deposit and a small withdrawal before trusting the site with real money.
PariPesa fails at the first step, which is why the rest does not matter much.

Our PariPesa verdict
PariPesa is not licensed in Ghana, its Ghana-facing promotion comes from sponsored content, and we could not verify its payment methods or bonuses for Ghanaian users. We give it no rating and do not link to it. Choose a bookmaker from the Gaming Commission register, keep stakes small and read our responsible gambling page if betting is costing more than you planned. 18+ only.
