New betting sites appear in Ghana almost every season, some backed by large international groups and others with little more than a logo and a WhatsApp number. A new bookmaker can be worth trying for sharper odds, fresh welcome offers or a lighter app, but only after you have checked its licence, owner and payout record. This page lists the newer operators we rate and gives a checklist for any new betting company in Ghana you come across.

"New" here means newer to the Ghanaian market or recently relaunched, not necessarily a newly founded company. Founding dates and licence details come from our operator records; a blank cell means we have not confirmed that detail from an official source.
The biggest recent arrival is Betano: Kaizen Gaming launched the brand in Ghana in February 2026, and it appears on the Gaming Commission register for sports betting and online casino. Bangbet put its Android app on Google Play in Ghana in December 2023. Betika, best known in Kenya, has built its Ghanaian presence over the last few years, including a sponsorship deal with Asante Kotoko signed in 2021.
Why punters try new betting websites
- Welcome offers: newcomers compete hard for sign-ups, so their first deposit offers are often bold. The rollover and expiry matter more than the headline.
- Odds: some new bookmakers price key matches aggressively to win attention.
- Product: newer apps can be lighter and faster, with modern bet builders and cash out.
- Games: new operators often launch with crash games and virtuals alongside the sportsbook.

How to test a new betting site safely
- Deposit a small amount first, close to the site's minimum.
- Place a couple of ordinary bets and watch how settlement works.
- Request a small withdrawal early, before chasing any bonus.
- Note how long the payout takes and whether extra documents are requested.
- Only then decide whether to deposit more or claim the welcome offer.
This approach costs little and tells you more about a new bookmaker than any review, including ours.
Warning signs of a fake new site
Not every "new betting company in Ghana" on social media is a real bookmaker. Some are copies of known brands with slightly changed names, built to take deposits and disappear. Others are unlicensed operations run from abroad. Be suspicious if:
- The site appeared through a WhatsApp or Telegram forward with a promise of easy money.
- Deposits go to a personal MoMo number.
- The offer sounds unrealistic, such as a huge bonus with no rollover at all.
- The site promises sure odds or fixed games.
- You cannot find the company anywhere except its own pages.
New offers on established sites
Sometimes what people want is a new offer, not a new bookmaker. Established operators refresh promotions regularly, from free bets on big matches to acca boosts. Our bonuses section tracks the main types, and the free bets guide explains how they work. Keeping one or two well-known accounts and watching their promotions is often better value than opening a new account every month.
New betting apps and brand relaunches
Sometimes a familiar company changes its name, merges with another brand or moves to a new app, and the result looks like a new bookmaker. Your old account may carry over, or you may need to register again. Before entering your details into a relaunched app, check that the announcement appears on the operator's official site and social channels, not only in a forwarded message. Balances and open bets should be explained clearly in that announcement. If anything is unclear, ask support in writing before you deposit.
How we review new operators
We treat newer bookmakers with extra caution. We only rank one after confirming its Ghanaian presence and licence information from its own site and public sources, and we revisit the rating when operators change ownership, payments or terms. If a brand stops serving Ghana, we say so in its review and remove it from the ranking. The full method is on how we rate.
New or old, every bookmaker is for adults 18+ only. See the licensed betting sites guide for checking any operator yourself.
Frequently asked questions
What is the newest betting site in Ghana?
New brands launch and close regularly. Our list shows newer operators we have checked; for any name not on it, run the licence and payout checklist before depositing.
Are new betting sites safe?
Some are run by established groups with a Ghanaian licence and are as safe as older sites. Others are unlicensed or short-lived. Check the licence, owner and payment route first.
Do new bookmakers offer bigger bonuses?
Often, to attract sign-ups. Compare the rollover, minimum odds and expiry rather than the headline amount.
Can I open accounts with several new sites?
Yes, one account per operator in your own name. Keep track of your total deposits across all of them.
