Before tonight's draw, the top row still shows last Wednesday. After the draw, it updates with the new winning numbers and, where published, the machine numbers. We copy from the NLA announcement; if any figure differs, the NLA's version is correct.

One NLA draw for each day of the week.

Wednesday draw time and how it fits the week

Mid-Week sits in the middle of the evening schedule, after Lucky Tuesday and before Fortune Thursday. Since December 2025 the NLA's Monday to Saturday draws air live on GTV at around 8:00 pm GMT, up from the old 7:15 pm slot. On Wednesdays that often lines up with European midweek football, so if you follow Champions League nights, you may find yourself checking lotto numbers and live scores at the same time. Keep the two budgets separate.

The Wednesday morning VAG draw is a different game with its own result, covered on the VAG lotto page.

Last week's Mid-Week result and older draws

Searches for "last week midweek result" usually come from players who found an old ticket in a pocket. The feed above lists recent Wednesdays, and the NLA past results archive goes further back. Match the draw date printed on the ticket, not the day you bought it.

What a Mid-Week Perm really costs

Perm tickets are popular on Wednesdays, and they are where most players underestimate their spend. A Perm covers every combination of your chosen numbers, and each combination is a separate line with its own stake. The table shows how quickly lines add up. The stake per line here is only an example of 1 cedi to make the maths clear; your seller's actual minimum may differ.

TicketNumbers listedLinesCost at 1 cedi per line
Perm-2466 cedis
Perm-261515 cedis
Perm-282828 cedis
Perm-362020 cedis
Perm-385656 cedis

A Perm does not change the odds of any line. It buys more lines, so you are more likely to land something and also certain to spend more. If you list eight numbers on a Perm-2 and two come out, one line wins and the other 27 lose. Do the sum before you pay. The hub page has the full guide to Direct, Perm and Banker tickets.

Checking a Wednesday ticket

  1. Confirm the ticket says Mid-Week and shows today's draw date.
  2. Mark which of your numbers appear among the five winning numbers.
  3. For Direct, all your chosen numbers must be there. For Banker, your banker number must be there. For Perm, count every line that is fully covered.
  4. Ignore the machine numbers unless your ticket is for a machine-number product.
  5. Take small wins back to your agent or check your MoMo wallet if you bought digitally. Larger wins go through NLA validation at the Prize Payment Centres, with the original ticket and your Ghana Card.

Midweek lotto prediction and forecasts

Wednesday forecasts are everywhere on Facebook and WhatsApp, some free, some paid. The maths does not care which day it is: any number you pick has a 1 in 18 chance of being among the five, and a chosen pair about 1 in 400. No chart of past Mid-Week draws changes that. Use our honest lotto statistics if you like the numbers side, and never pay for a "midweek banker".

Mid-Week pitfalls to avoid

  • Confusing the Wednesday morning VAG result with the evening Mid-Week result.
  • Building a big Perm without totalling the cost first.
  • Trusting a single copied result site; swapped digits are common.
  • Paying a "claim agent" to collect a win for you.

Where the Wednesday result is announced first

The Mid-Week numbers are drawn live on GTV, and the NLA then publishes them through its official channels. Licensed sellers settle tickets against that official result, which is why your app or agent may show "won" or "lost" a little after the broadcast. Result sites and WhatsApp forwards follow within minutes, but they are copies typed by hand. When your ticket seems to have won, confirm the numbers with the NLA or the seller before you count the money.

Mid-Week is for adults 18+ only. Decide your weekly lotto amount before Wednesday comes around and do not top it up to chase a loss.

Frequently asked questions

What time is the Mid-Week lotto drawn?

Around 8:00 pm GMT every Wednesday, live on GTV, since the NLA schedule change of 1 December 2025.

Where can I see last week's midweek result?

In the feed on this page, which lists recent Wednesday draws, and in the NLA past results archive for older dates.

How many lines does a Perm-2 with six numbers have?

Fifteen. Six numbers can be paired in fifteen different ways, and each pair is a separate line with its own stake.

Is the Wednesday VAG result the same as Mid-Week?

No. VAG is the NLA morning draw and Mid-Week is the evening game. Each has its own winning numbers.

Can past Mid-Week results predict the next draw?

No. Each draw is random and independent. Past results are useful for checking tickets, not for forecasting.
