Claiming a Fortune Thursday win

1. Check the game name, draw date and numbers on your ticket or receipt.
2. Return to the agent or licensed channel you bought from for small wins; digital purchases are often settled to the MoMo wallet you paid with.
3. For larger wins, contact the NLA and go to a Prize Payment Centre at the head office or a regional office with the original ticket and your Ghana Card.
4. Expect the ticket to be validated before payment. Do not hand it to anyone who offers to "speed up" the claim for a fee.

Common Fortune Thursday checking errors

• Comparing the ticket with Wednesday's Mid-Week or Friday's Bonanza result because the date was not checked.
