Popular Sports host on Tamale-based Zaa Radio, Halid Prince Mukadi is asking authorities in charge of Ghana Football to award Division One side, Real Tamale United with maximum 3 points and goals against BA United.
This comes after an act of hooliganism by supporters of BA United which ended the game abruptly after referee Maxwell Hanson whistle a penalty for RTU on match day 19 of the National Division One League on Sunday, 5th July at the Sunyani Coronation Part.
In a viral video, fans of the club were captured breaking into the inner perimeter of the park as they chased and beat up the match referee.
Even though the Executive Committee of the GFA have banned BA United from using the venue for its home matches, Prince Mukadi believes it will be injustice for the FA not to award RTU all three points.
The multiple award winning presenter in a Facebook post stated categorically that, he will stop the promotion of local league in the country in his programs.
However, Prince Mukadi admonished supporters of RTU to remain calm and wait the outcome of the matter before the FA.

“I will stop promoting local sports if RTU is not awarded 3points and 3goals against B/A . I have come to realized that “There may be times when we are powerless to prevent injustice, but there must never be a time when we fail to protest.” RTU deserves better and we still hoping if the points is added to them , the race is still open to push for a premier league spot. I edge all fans of RTU to remain calm for the final outcome and I believe is gonna smiles all over at the end of everything.”
